Data protection training

• The Company requires any and all members who collect, process, or otherwise are exposed to personal data, to take training. This includes, but is not limited to, members who:

  • collect personal data;
  • manage systems where personal data are stored; or
  • write code that collects, stores, or processes personal data.

• The DPO will contact you with the necessary details of the training and ask you to sign a confirmation that you've completed the necessary training, understood it, and that the DPO has answered any questions you might have.

• The details of the training may change over time, and may vary depending on the member's role.

• At the request of the DPO, members may be asked to repeat training; or to take additional training per changes in policy, law, or role.

• If you believe you require data protection training but you have not received it, contact the DPO.
