Data requests​

  • Any subject access requests (SARs) or erasure requests must be directed to the DPO immediately. Do not reply or otherwise respond to such requests yourself, unless directed to do so by the DPO. The company will generally have at most 30 days to respond to such requests.

  • Any law enforcement requests for personal data must be directed to the DPO immediately. Do not reply or otherwise respond to such requests yourself, unless directed to do so by the DPO.
